American flags displayed at Bella Vista Public Library

More than five dozen American flags are flying high along the road to Dickens Place in Bella Vista, in honor of Veterans Day.

Patrons who visit the Bella Vista Public Library will see the flags along the road and beside the parking lot. Everyone is encouraged to drive by, park, and enjoy the beautiful fall weather while stopping to read new display signs honoring those who have served, located at the exit of the new parking lot expansion.

“We can’t think of a better way to honor all those who served,” said Bella Vista Public Library Assistant Director & Adult Services Librarian Amanda Gibson. “These flags are a very visible way to recognize the sacrifices so many made. We consider it a privilege to display these flags.”

The flags will be on display through Veterans Day.
