Tree Advisory Board
The Bella Vista Tree Advisory Board serves the city by providing assistance in planning and organizing an annual Arbor Day celebration, advising the city in the management of trees and vegetation on city lands, advising the city on the need for increased tree canopy and the general health of trees along the trail networks. The board also works to educate the public about trees and their management. Because of these efforts, Bella Vista is recognized annually for the last four years as a Tree City USA by the Arbor Day Foundation. Additionally, Mayor Christie has taken the Monarch Pledge as of March of 2022.
The board meets quarterly throughout the year at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. For inquiries regarding the Tree Board, please contact Kay Curry in the Planning Division at email@example.com or Taylor Robertson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
