The Bella Vista department of the Benton County District Court was established in 2017, after Governor Asa Hutchinson signed into law Act 723 – a bill authorizing Bella Vista to create its own department of district court. Our mission is to enhance public access to the courts while providing efficient and customer-oriented justice with a commitment to excellence.
This court handles only criminal and traffic case types. To file small claims (cases involving $5,000 or less), contact Bentonville District Court. Find the Small Claims Handbook here.
No weapons are allowed on court premises. Court clerks are not allowed to give legal advice.
